Pray & Go Ministry
- Prayer Ministry to reach our community – “Neighbor to neighbor”
- During this time, we want to “Be the Church” to our neighbors and extend the care &
the love of Christ to people.
- Being alone is hard, especially during this time of COVID-19
- We were created for community, not confinement, & we want our neighbors to know
that we are here, & ready to help.
- We will be go to surrounding neighborhoods of the church – stop on the sidewalk & pray briefly for each home – then leave a door hanger at each home that:
- … lets them know they were prayed for
- … lets them know they can contact us with any needs or specific prayer requests
- … has the church contact information
- During this time, we will go out from the church on Thursdays from 6:00 PM
- We will be out for about 1 to 1 ½ hour
- Wear masks & gloves
- Drive our own vehicle
- Go out in 2’s (couples/those comfortable being in close proximity to each other)
