Sunday’s Procedures for Children’s Church Parents,
I’m sure you have heard by now that we are meeting this Sunday, 6/14, inside the church. There are a few minor changes you will notice as we navigate how to keep some distancing. Children will go to their class for the entire church service. At check in, you will notice red tape to maintain social distancing in the hall. Once your sticker is received, we will take touchless temperatures, give hand sanitizer, and the children can go to their respected classrooms. If a parent is taking their child to their classroom (nursery/preschool), you will also need your temperature taken. Social distancing will be used in the classrooms as much as possible. For preschool and nursery, it will be a little more difficult. Depending on how many children we have, we will split up into smaller groups. All teachers will also be screened before going down the children’s wing.
At pick up, we ask that one parent per family go down to get your kids. You will then exit out the Chestnut Ave door exit and proceed back to the front of the building. This will help any crowds building in the hallway to this children’s wing.
We thank you in advance for your cooperation and we’re all looking forward to being back together again for worship.
