Why Hell?

God’s Sovereign choice in salvation has been explained. But Israel, who were also His Sovereign choice has rejected Him.

In the context of writing about God’s Sovereignty, the apostle Paul addresses the frightening reality of hell.  Even though God's grace has been revealed in the salvation he offers to everyone, Paul anticipated the question that would be posed in relation to God's sovereignty, How does God judge some when He has chosen others? How can He condemn people to hell?
